Privacy policy

Because we expect that our own business partners will respect our privacy concerns, we carefully work with Yahoo! Merchant Solutions to ensure that we respect our customers' privacy concerns when we collect their personal information.
Through the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions storefront connected to our website, we gather shipping information, including name, address, phone number, email address, and product purchase information. We also gather customer credit card numbers, which we store for a maximum of 30 days while completing the processing of given orders.
We use customer email addresses to send purchase confirmation emails. We do not currently mail out notices of company happenings, events, or products for the customer’s information, so the customer email is only used to verify purchases on the customer’s behalf.
Privacy Technology
Our storefront provider, Yahoo! Merchant Solutions uses cookies, small codes or files that are transmitted along with our storefront offerings to maintain in memory, customer information between page requests. Yahoo! uses both persistent cookies (those stored to disk) and session cookies( I.D.s that expire after the user has closed his or her browser).
We are committed to data security and committed therefore to the integrity of customer information. As Yahoo! Merchant Solutions provides the technology implementation for our online orders, we fulfill this security commitment to the customer with Yahoo business infrastructures that handle customer information.
In the event that a customer does not wish to disclose private information, he or she may opt out of credit card purchases and do business with us by phone and/or by postal mail. Information on purchasing by alternative means is included on our order page.
Data Integrety
Yahoo Merchant Solutions provides tools for protecting against fraud that also allow information to be verified for order processing. These tools allow integral visions to spot fraudulent orders and recover from errors when provided with non-existent customer email addresses, for instance. These tools also stop the unauthorized alteration of customer orders by third parties.
